Hello Kenneth, just a few words of praise and congratulations on the superb service I have received from you and all staff members at Autozone. Buying a car from Autozone, through you, has been the most positive car buying experience of my driving career. Your friendly manner and open nature coupled with a down to earth attitude and obvious integrity are qualities not often found these days.
My car was beautifully prepared by Stephan and the few small details which I subsequently brought up were skilfully and promptly dealt with by Stephanie, Johnny and the technical guys. The fact that they all are happy at their work filters through to us customers and is of tremendous benefit to all concerned.
The treatment I received throughout the buying process was exemplary (You would have thought I was buying one of the Porsches or the Ferrari). Autozone is undoubtedly the top car dealership with the best team in the province, and probably beyond, you can bet I will be back when the next change is due.
Tell Gavin to give you all a raise, you deserve it.

May I take this opportunity to comment on your customer service. My husband and I were very pleased with the way we were accommodated by Alan. He was very professional, honest, and made every effort to ensure that when we travelled from Londonderry he was always there to meet us. (Sometimes after closing hours).
Regarding sales service, again Alan was very helpful and arranged to have a small problem sorted out at my local garage thus keeping any inconvenience to an absolute minimal.
We are very pleased with our Citroen and have recommended your firm to others.

It is rarely these days that anyone has cause to compliment good old fashion service, honesty and a fair deal!!!
I put pen (or word PC doc) to paper to sincerely thank you for the excellent attention afforded to me by ALL the staff from the sales team, to reception staff and to the service staff. It’s rarely these days that such genuine car and genuine “customer comes first” attitude is witnessed.
I purchased a used VW Golf convertible for my wife from Autozone expecting service relative to the amount of money I was spending (being used to the new company car service of “prestige” dealerships in Belfast over the past few years) and can honestly say the service I received was better than any service and attention I had received in the past from other main dealers.
