Sorry it’s taken a while, but as promised, please find below a testimonial from me on the excellent service received from you and your garage. I was very impressed and am indeed grateful.

Autozone are without doubt the most genuine and most efficient car salespeople that I have come across, and I buy and sell cars on a regular basis! I was initially impressed at how quickly Kenneth returned my call, and then called again as soon as further details were available for the vehicle. He kept in constant contact by e-mail and telephone (but without being pushy), and was never too busy to discuss something or explain the full process to me, what with this being my first cross-channel purchase. On the day of collection the entire process went exceptionally smoothly, with the cherry-on-the-cake being the written directions given to us by Kenneth to all the local tourist attractions!

We were most impressed and would not hesitate to use Autozone again as a first choice. Thank you all very much.

Just to let you know I have finally received the duplicate tax disc for my new Mercedes SLK....better late than never from the Tax Office in Coleraine.

Thanks to yourself, Margaret and Kenneth for the excellent service as regards my recent purchase. The only hitch was my tax disc problems which were outside your company's control, and thanks to Margaret, I had nothing to do but tell her my problem and she did the all of the work to ensure my duplicate disc was attended to very promptly. She called me as promised after the 21 day waiting period and also drafted the letter on my behalf to Coleraine. Please pass on my sincere thanks to her.

Thanks very much for the assistance in my recent purchase of an Mercedes SLK. Although the car was by no means new, the level of customer service was excellent. Having committed to purchasing the car without seeing it, this could have been a recipe for disaster. Thankfully, it wasn't and the car was everything you said it would be. Living in the Ards Peninsula, I had no previous knowledge of Autozone but it was very clear from the initial phone inquiry that you were an establishment that place trust at the forefront of your business and the RAC inspection report definitely tipped the balance for me. As for the car......love everything about it(the alloys and red leather seats etc).... Sorry for drooling. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Autozone again.

Dear Gavin, Kenneth and the Autozone Team,

Within the past 12 months, my wife and I have bought 4 cars from Autozone! After I had bought my first car from Autozone, I said that the experience was so fantastic in every respect that I would have no problem whatsoever in repeating the experience. My wife agreed and went for a Lexus IS220d, which she loves. Well, after two Jaguars, which were wonderful cars, our needs have changed considerably. I have just taken delivery of a Lexus RX400h, a vehicle which will take care of our changed family needs for some years to come.
The whole team at Autozone, as usual, work as a seamless entity. Every detail from re-registering to road taxing to insurance changes, were all taken care of in two days. The car was prepared and ready for me on the agreed day. You also have the assured confidence in knowing that when you drive away from Autozone in your new car, in the unlikely event that you might need something seen to, then they are there for you.
The service which I got last week when I took delivery of the Lexus SUV was every bit as first class as when I bought my first car from Autozone back in July 2008.
In fact we have come to look upon the whole Autozone team as ‘friends’ and we call in regularly to see how everyone is!
Would we use Autozone for a fifth purchase – without a shadow of a doubt.

Hi Kenneth,
Like many people, my experiences of buying a second-hand car over the past 40 years have not always been positive, to put it mildly! Feelings of being pushed to make a decision before you’re ready, of being afraid to ask for a test drive in case you’re then committed, and of course the worry that, unless you are a trained mechanic, you just don’t know what you’re actually buying at the end of the day. I have to say, in all honesty, that my experience of buying at Autozone was a breath of fresh air – no pressure and everything explained fully. I was particularly impressed by the extras – such as collecting my cover note from my insurance broker, going to the tax office to sort out my new road tax, etc. etc. – it made a big difference for someone like me who has little opportunity to get time off during the working day. I even had test drives in two separate cars – finally settling for a beautiful Jaguar S-type, which drives like a dream! My sincere thanks to Kenneth and all at Autozone!

I take the greatest pleasure in writing this brief item in praise of Autozone Cars which I would be only to happy to see published on your 'Testimonials' webpage.
In June 2008, I called at Autozone cars to see if they had any Jaguar X Types in stock, as it had always been my dream to own a 'growler'.
My previous experiences of both car showrooms and their salesmen have always made, what should be a pleasurable experience, into something of a trial.
However, Autozone are something completely different. From the moment I entered their showroom, I knew that my wishes were paramount in their mind. Kenneth spent no end of time showing me what was available and allowing me to have two unhurried test drives. At no time did I feel that old familiar 'hard sell' attitude, so common in many dealerships.
When I decided to change my car, Kenneth took care of every aspect, from collecting my insurance cover note from Belfast, to re-registering and taxing the car. All I had to do was come back and collect my dream car, safe in the knowledge that if I needed anything, then all I had to do was ring Autozone and they would take care of it - and they did!
They are true to their mission statement. For the first time, I actually enjoyed the experience of changing my car.
Any company is only as good as the people behind it, and Kenneth reflects the ethos of Autozone in all of his dealings with the customer. In fact, my wife was so impressed with their customer centred ideal, that she also changed her car with them a fortnight after me!
Without hesitation, I shall return to Autozone when I next change my car.

Just a quick note to thank you for the fantastic experience I enjoyed when buying my new car. I was initially hesitant about buying a car far from home, but Gavin and the Autozone team could not have made the importing process anymore hassle-free.
After seeing the car I wanted on the internet I telephoned for a more detailed description, Gavin talked me through the RAC report for the vehicle, assuring me that the car was a good as it looked! The sales team were most helpful, especially when it came to calculating the VRT and exchange rate. As you know in June 2008 I purchased a Lexus IS 220D from Autozone Coleraine and since then I have been delighted with this purchase. I have even been able to achieve 50 mpg with this model. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough, not only from the actual quality of vehicle purchased, but from the overall approach of all the staff .
My first impressions were of a warm positive welcome, where the customer's needs were listened to, addressed and met in the highest professional manner. At no time did I feel under pressure, but rather that it was of paramount importance that the customer was completely happy. Hello Kenneth, just a few words of praise and congratulations on the superb service I have received from you and all staff members at Autozone. Buying a car from Autozone, through you, has been the most positive car buying experience of my driving career. Your friendly manner and open nature coupled with a down to earth attitude and obvious integrity are qualities not often found these days.
My car was beautifully prepared by Stephan and the few small details which I subsequently brought up were skilfully and promptly dealt with by Stephanie, Johnny and the technical guys. The fact that they all are happy at their work filters through to us customers and is of tremendous benefit to all concerned.
The treatment I received throughout the buying process was exemplary (You would have thought I was buying one of the Porsches or the Ferrari).
