2. Your car is then inspected by our Purchaser and our Company Buyer
3. Your car is then further inspected, assessed and passed by our Used Car Preparation Manager
4. Your car then undergoes a full and Independent RAC inspection by a fully qualified and experienced RAC Engineer
5. Finally, your car is seen by Autozone’s professionally trained mechanics who then carry out a full 30 point pre-forecourt check to ensure that the vehicle is ready to be sold.

All of this gives you the confidence to know that the car you buy here at Autozone has had the best preparation possible before you drive it away – so it really is as good beneath the bonnet as it looks on the forecourt!

Buying a used car can be a risky business. Each year thousands of people buy second hand motor vehicles that have had their mileage reduced, are hiding serious accident damage, are incorrectly described, have been stolen or are in a finance agreement. At Autozone, we can reassure our customers that this is not the case with their vehicle, by providing them with a HPI report on their vehicle which checks for outstanding finance, whether or not the car has been stolen and also if the car has been written off as a result of damage or theft.

Peace of mind when buying a car is very important. At Autozone we recognise this and have teamed up with the RAC to become an RAC Inspected vehicle provider. Each vehicle inspection is carried out independently by the RAC against a 60 point RAC checklist. An RAC Inspection is a comprehensive visual check of your used car's condition by a qualified and experienced independent RAC Engineer. One of the most frustrating and time-consuming aspects of buying a new or used car is arranging to get it taxed.
